Masks and People

Masks have been a common form of popular and mystical portrayal amongst national communities and artists, probably since the beginning of recorded time. I have played with ceramic cartoon masks in pairings with minimal steel bodies to show social interactions within small groups/communities.

The first work, called “Family Day Out”, was first shown at the Waveney Sculpture Trail (2016),

and was subsequently installed at Dalegate Market (Dalegate Market), Norfolk at the end of November 2016.
